A custom web-based solution for enrolment and execution of gymnastic training program.

Project Overview:

While the benefits of moving certain business applications to the cloud are widely understood, many organisations can be reticent to make the change – often for fear of disrupting their day-to-day processes, making an existing technology investment redundant, or risking the security of their data. With Taylor Lewis, however, the opposite was the case.

Challenge:

GymEnjoy Center being a pioneer in Gymnastic training program of its kind was established to identify the hidden talent in children at a very young age and take it to the next level of competitive sports through a highly sophisticated training program. Client wanted to create opportunities for children across India through certified partners. Closely monitoring all the coaches and trainers and following a standard process of grooming was a must. There was no off the shelf solution available in the market for the unique concept moreover the training module supposed to be the heart of the system was devised by the client themselves. Client with the inclusion of trained staff wanted to set the process which should run the training programs smoothly. The batch wise assessment plans again underlined the need of a custom application. The system needed to support the multiple franchise types and the hierarchies from an instructor to the CEO.

Deva Solution:

To start with Deva Consultancy had to first perceive the fundamentals of gymnastics training program and assessment criteria. Being one of its type system, it was important to include the client in the design part. UI & UX laid the foundation for the rest of the development. Database framework was created considering all types of users and module requirements. The required masters with the assessment parameters for age, gender and training programs were created. Head Quarters was given the complete visibility of all the enrolments, admissions, training batches, training programs, inventory, assets, staff, finance and reports. Diligent dashboards were created login basis. The predefined assessment plans were created for a timely execution of assessments of trainees. Standard templates for assessment helped the trainers to create the assessment reports in few clicks. The automated reports reached the end users in no time creating it an all-inclusive approach.
